東京都港区における約1ha規模の大規模開発プロジェクトに参画し、事業推進支援を開始しております。
本プロジェクトは、都心近接性および羽田空港への優れたアクセス性、さらに運河に面する希少な水辺空間という立地特性を活かし、都市に新たな価値と魅力を創出する拠点形成型の開発を目指すものです。
開発においては、滞在機能（ホテル・サービスアパートメント・レジデンス）を核としながら、飲食・商業施設、水辺テラス、イベントスペース等を組み合わせることで、日常利用と来訪需要の双方を取り込む“にぎわい創出”を基軸とした都市空間の形成を推進しております。
また、地域に開かれた広場やイベントスペースの整備を通じ、これまで地域活動の場として培われてきたコミュニティとの共生を図り、新たな交流・滞在・回遊を生み出す都市環境の実現を目指しております。
本プロジェクトは、約9,800㎡の敷地規模および都市開発諸制度の活用により高い開発ポテンシャルを有しており、周辺エリアを含めた価値向上を牽引する中核的なプロジェクトとして位置づけられています。
今後は、持続可能な都市開発および長期的な収益創出の両立を図りながら、国際性と地域性を兼ね備えた新たな都市拠点の創出を目指してまいります。
Announcement of Promotion of a Large-Scale Mixed-Use Development Project in Minato City, Tokyo
We have commenced project promotion and support for a large-scale development project of approximately 1 hectare in Minato City, Tokyo.
This project aims to create a new urban hub that generates value and attractiveness by leveraging its prime location—close proximity to central Tokyo, excellent access to Haneda Airport, and the rarity of a waterfront site facing a canal.
The development centers on accommodation functions, including hotels, serviced apartments, and residences, combined with dining and retail facilities, waterfront terraces, and event spaces. Through this integrated approach, we are promoting the creation of an urban environment driven by “vibrancy,” attracting both daily users and visitors.
In addition, by incorporating open public spaces and event areas, the project seeks to coexist with and build upon the local community that has historically utilized the site, fostering new opportunities for interaction, stay, and circulation within the area.
With a site area of approximately 9,800 square meters and the application of urban development frameworks, the project holds significant development potential and is positioned as a core initiative to enhance the value of the surrounding area.
Going forward, we aim to create a new urban destination that combines international appeal with local integration, while achieving both sustainable urban development and long-term stable revenue generation.
