Traditional Home Renovation Project
Drop In Styleの古民家再生事業は、過疎化が進む地域に点在する空き家に新たな命を吹き込み、交流拠点や観光資源として蘇らせることで地域経済の活性化に大きく寄与しています。地元の職人や事業者との共創によって、古来の建築技術や地域の知恵を活かしながら伝統と現代の新しい価値を融合させるリノベーションを実現しています。こうした活動を通じて、地域内で資金や人材が循環する持続可能な経済モデルの構築を目指し、地元での雇用創出や若者の定着といった安定的な成長を促進します。また、古民家の材木や伝統素材を活用するなどして地域の文化や自然環境を守りながら、新たなビジネス機会を生み出す視点を持ち、地域社会と共に未来志向の価値創出に挑戦しています。そして、この事業は単なる建物の再生に留まらず、地域の誇りを呼び覚まし、地方創生の新たなモデルケースとして注目を集めており、今後の展開が期待されています。

農業を支え、未来へつなぐ。
「めぐる、食の循環プロジェクト 〜海と山をつなぐ地域の恵み～」
Circulating Flavors Project — Connecting the Mountains and the Sea through Local Food
Drop in Style の「食」事業は、日本の食が直面する農業人口の高齢化や食料自給率の低下といった社会課題の解決を目指し、地域に根ざした農業支援とスマート農業の推進に取り組んでいます。新鮮な農産物の販路開拓や技術・資金支援を通じて、生産者が持続可能な形で安定経営を実現できるよう環境を整え、収益性の向上を後押ししています。さらに、生産者と消費者を直接つなぐ仕組みを構築することで、食材の価値向上と地産地消の推進を図っています。特に、地域内（県内）での食材流通の循環を重視しており、沿岸地域の「海の幸」と内陸地域の「山の幸」を互いにトレード（交換）し合うネットワーク構築を通じて、地域全体の食文化の豊かさと経済の循環性を高めています。また、IoTやドローンなどの先端技術を活用したスマート農業により、生産効率を高めると同時に環境への配慮も実現。持続可能で未来志向の農業モデルを提案しています。こうした取り組みを通じて、地域経済の活性化だけでなく、次世代の農業人材育成にも貢献。若い力が農業に新たな視点とエネルギーをもたらし、地域に息づく「食」が新たな価値を持って再び輝き始めています。
Drop in Style’s food initiative addresses the aging farming population and declining food self-sufficiency in Japan by supporting farmers and promoting smart agriculture.
We focus on strengthening local food networks through regional circulation—especially within prefectures—where mountain-grown produce and seafood from coastal areas are exchanged to enrich local consumption and economy. By developing new sales channels, offering financial and technical support, and connecting producers directly with consumers, we help increase profitability and raise the perceived value of local ingredients.
Through the use of IoT and drone technologies, we also aim to create a sustainable, low-impact agricultural model that can attract and empower the next generation of farmers. This initiative brings fresh energy to local food systems and contributes to building a vibrant and resilient agricultural future.

Drop in Style の「遊」は、自然の中で心を解きほぐし、冒険心や好奇心、そして“心の豊かさ”を育む体験を提案します。
海や山、風や季節の移ろいに寄り添いながら過ごす時間は、感性をひらき、自分自身と向き合う“静かな冒険”でもあります。そして私たちの「遊」は、旅でもあります。
土地を巡り、風景に出会い、人と出会う中で、それまで知らなかった価値観や、美しい暮らしのかたちに触れる。
そのひとつひとつが、遊びであり、学びであり、心を動かす物語となっていきます。

Drop in Style の「繋」は、私たちのすべての事業を結びつける中心のレイヤーであり、人・土地・文化・世代・思想を超えて、価値ある関係性を紡いでいくプロジェクトです。
都市と地域、日本と海外、若者とシニア、そして異なる言語や文化的背景を持つ人々のあいだに、互いの違いを認め合い、共に何かを生み出すための「場」を育てていきます。私たちは、多様性をただ“受け入れる”のではなく、違いそのものが創造の源であるという思想のもとに、対話を重ね、感性を開き、未来を共に描く“つながり”をデザインしていきます。
